"Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Sept. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees.
Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped physique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather, it was "a string of events."

I get so excited about holidays... even silly ones like Halloween... yay Halloween!! My dad is carving pumpkins for Jack right now, and Bruce and I are watching classic scary movies this week (The Shining, The Exorcist) to get in the mood. He might come over tomorrow, I might pick up a pumpkin pie on my way home from the doctor- yes I have to go to the doctor on Halloween, for a sinus infection, yuck. Umm that's all really, I'm not feeling very well but I wanted to make an effort and use my Halloween icon before it goes out of style.

lol silly little rapper. anyways the OKP production tonight was REALLY good, I have an amazingly talented sister, and her friends are very funny/talented too. I was really glad I went! so good job everybody!!!
oh yea, I forgot to mention, my journal just turned 6... I've had it since I was 14 and now I'm 20. that's a loooong time. I used to have the name kanomi too for awhile, so i've been on livejournal for... 7? 8? years now... hmmm
so today I slept til noon and have two hours to finish (err... and start) my 4 page essay due tomorrow for my english midterm. hahahaha procrastination ROCKS!
well, two hours till I have to pick up Jack from PSA. I'm sure he'll let me work on it a little bit tonight..... yes? Eh, who am I kidding, I have two hours to rock this baby out... wish me luck!
